Refund policy
Draft for legal review. Everything marked [TO FILL] must be completed before this policy is used.
When you can get your money back
| You cancel | You get back |
|---|---|
| up to [TO FILL: date or number of days before the event] | [TO FILL: e.g. the full price] |
| after that, up to [TO FILL] | [TO FILL: e.g. 50 %] |
| later, or after your pass has started | [TO FILL: e.g. nothing] |
[TO FILL: whether a statutory right of withdrawal applies to event tickets bought online, and if not, a sentence saying so.]
If we cancel the event, you get the full price back. [TO FILL: what applies if the event is moved or shortened.]
How to ask for a refund
Write to [TO FILL: contact e-mail] with your member number (for example OSV-0042, it is in your activation e-mail and on your account page) or the e-mail address you bought the pass with. A steward can also help you at the event.
We refund to the card you paid with, within [TO FILL: number] days. [TO FILL: whether payment or processing fees are deducted.]
What happens to your pass
A refunded pass ends straight away: you can no longer sign in to the apps, and the pass in your wallet and on your phone stops working. Your village tokens stay in your wallet but are only useful while you take part.
Chargebacks
If you dispute the payment with your card provider instead of asking us, the pass ends as soon as the dispute is opened. If the dispute is decided in our favour, the pass is valid again.
